EM has gained extensive experience with Video On Demand (VOD) and catchup services; pioneering with Ziggo and later KPN from the start of their first setup box propositions over 15 years ago up to present.
Since then we have been continuously evolving our services through technological innovation and based on changing customer demands, increasing our services from a national to an international playing field. Doing so United has become the specialist VOD processing integrator and services provider in the Benelux countries.

To service our customers EMG has developed their own content processing platform that utilizes the perfect balance between automated workflows and human contact. As a result we can process content for our customers with the shortest time to market and lowest margin of error, making EMG Digital Services a high performing department that delivers as it promises.
The specific way in which we design and integrate workflows results in a guaranteed time to market of within 12 minutes after start program for catchup content (no transcoding needed), up to within 5 working days for Video on Demand content.

Our people

The EMG Digital Services team can operate fully independent in servicing our customers utilizing our own video encoding specialists, digital solutions architects and software development team. Our fast turnaround times in those situations continuously tend to surprise our customers in a positive way.
